We source our products from Singapore, Malaysia, India and other countries and make our sourcing decisions based on the most optimum social, environmental and economic conditions.

We have a Zero-waste Packaging Policy. However, we guarantee you that we will source and reuse packaging that will not compromise protection during the delivery process.
Packaging material we use includes the following:
- Used or saved boxes
- Kraft paper
- Burlap cloth and strings
- Paper bags
- Padded envelopes
Plantitude is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
If your order is a gift, please send us a message with your order number. We will do our best to make it as presentable as possible.
However, as we have a Zero-waste Packaging Policy, our gift wrapping service will be utilizing lightly used or saved (but new) packaging material. Thank you for supporting our sustainable efforts!
Yes, we do collect unwanted packaging. This includes new packaging that you no longer need but would like us to make good use of it.
We also accept the following that are clean and lightly used:
- Carton boxes preferably brown or white, with minimum logo
- Shoe boxes
- Kraft paper, brown paper or crepe paper for wrapping and stuffing boxes
- Burlap cloth or strings
- Brown or plain paper bags with minimal logo
However, due to space constraint, please contact us in advance to check our current needs. We will also update our packaging needs on our IG plantitude.sg and we will organize a collection drive from time to time.
Orders & Payment
Yes, we do accept pre-orders. Please email us at email@example.com for pre-orders. The lead time will vary depending on the product and quantity of your pre-order.
Yes we do accept corporate orders. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements, preferably 2 months in advance. As items are hand crafted, the lead time will vary depending on the product and quantity of your order. Planning ahead would definitely help us to ensure that your products can be produced and delivered in the most efficient and sustainable manner.
We accept Credit Cards and PayNow on our online store. For PayNow, please transfer to UEN: 53429135W and send a screenshot of your payment to 87816123.
You can log into your account to view the status of your order. If you have further queries on your order, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Your order is automatically generated once you confirm your order. Please check that you have the correct shipping address before confirming your order.
To change the delivery address, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will update the address if the products have not been dispatched. Kindly note that changing of address might delay your order.
If the item is already dispatched, there could be additional costs for re-delivery to the new address.

Self collect at Hillview or Pop Up Markets
Delivery by service providers or Plantitude's own team
- Wine/bottle Planter range - Flat rate: $6.00
- Other range of products - Flat rate: $3.50
- With a minimum spend of $100 (before GST or discount code/voucher), free delivery will be provided
As the Wine/bottle Planters require special handling, we need to engage a different service provider for delivery compared to our other range of products.
There might be circumstances where the delivery will be handled by our own team. In any case, we will ensure the most efficient and sustainable method of delivery is provided.
If you opt for self-collection, there will be no shipping charges involved.
You can also send us a message to check if we have pop-up markets or if our team will be around your area to arrange for delivery/pick-ups to avoid the high delivery costs.
The minimum order for free delivery is $100 net for the total order, after deducting any promotion discounts or vouchers if applicable.
You can also consider our self collection options for free delivery.
For products that are in stock, the lead time for delivery is 2-3 working days.
For items which are out of stock, you can choose to pre-order. Please send an email to email@example.com for your pre-order. Lead time for pre-orders will vary depending on product or quantity ordered.
Warranty & Repair
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, or if there is an item missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days.
Kindly allow us 3-5 working days to process your requests while we verify if returns/exchanges are approved.
Note: Sale/charity drive items are only eligible for refunds if items are delivered incorrectly or an item is missing. No exchange is allowed.
For Upcycled Crafts, please contact us if items need to be repaired. We will discuss with you on the next steps depending on the repair required.

We accept returns and exchange based on our warranty policy.

Product return or exchange are processed based on our Warranty Policy. Kindly allow us 3-5 working days to process your requests while we verify if returns/exchanges are approved.

Sell us your upcycled bottle planter if you no longer need it!
In order to promote minimal waste, should you decide not to keep or use the planters in the future, you can contact us to sell it back to us under the following conditions:
1. There is no chip/crack on the planter
2. It is within 6 months from the date of purchase
3. A fee of $5 will be charged if you require us to pick up the item
- Horizontal/Standing bottle planters – $10 per planter
Note: This is only applicable for the Wine/bottle Planters without wood stems

In line with our sustainable approach and to encourage new plant owners, we offer a one-time free repotting of your planter within 60 days from date of purchase (additional $5 for transportation if required).
If new plants are needed, they will be charged at additional $4 per plant (for succulents or fittonias) and $6-15 for ornamental plants. Transportation charge of $5 will be waived if you bring the planter over to us at Hillview, our pop up locations or to our physical locations.
Yes, we do offer repair service for our Upcycled Crafts. Please contact us if your items need to be repaired. We will discuss with you on the next steps depending on the repair required.
For Wine/bottle Planters, unfortunately we are unable to offer any repair service. Please send the glass planters for recycling if they have reached their end of life as a planter. Please also check out our Sell-back Policy for Wine/bottle Planters.
